The Orange Community Arts Guild (OCAG) is proud to offer a dedicated service for artists who want to showcase and sell their work online. Through this program, OCAG will handle the full process of uploading artwork to our official website, ensuring that each piece is presented with professional care and accuracy.

Our team will input artwork details, maintain the site, and manage updates so that artists can focus on their creative practice. This service provides a reliable platform for artists to reach new audiences, while OCAG ensures the gallery remains fresh, accessible, and easy for collectors and supporters to navigate.

By partnering with OCAG, artists can trust that their work will be represented with professionalism, consistency, and the community-centered spirit that defines our organization.

For each sale you will receive 80% of the sale. 20% will go to support OCAG.

How This Works

OCAG lists your artwork on its website and helps promote it. If your work sells, you get paid. Simple.

The Split

You receive 80% of each sale.
OCAG receives 20% to cover marketing, website, admin costs, and nonprofit programming.

Promotion

OCAG may promote your work through email (about 4,000 subscribers), social media, and the website. There’s no guaranteed schedule, but your work may be included in curated features, group emails, or special spotlights.

Delivery

You handle delivery, shipping, or installation unless something else is agreed to in writing. Any delivery costs should be included in your artwork price.

Getting Paid

Once OCAG receives and clears payment from the buyer, you’ll be paid within 14–30 days. You’ll also receive a simple sales summary.

Your Art, Your Rights

You keep full ownership of your artwork. OCAG only uses images of your work to sell and promote it—nothing else.

Responsibility

Once the artwork leaves your hands, OCAG is not responsible for loss or damage. Insurance is recommended if needed.

Legal Basics

This agreement follows California law. Any changes must be made in writing.
